How and when do I choose a venue?

A venue should be chosen to suit your vision and time frame. We can introduce you to many locations you may not be aware of or have not even considered. It is also very common for us to work with clients who have already chosen a wedding date and venue of which we are often very familiar with.

What if we have already planned some aspects of our affair and have hired some of our vendors?

We always love meeting new vendors and can work with the vendors you have already chosen, along with getting up to speed with what you have planned. Our team also likes to be involved in the process to introduce you to our stellar roster of talent who we love and trust will execute your vision. Having planned some aspects of your event prior to hiring Raina Dawn Events, we still provide Full Service Planning as there are a tremendous amount of details that we look forward to coordinating for you.
