Why hire an event coordinator?

When you consider that 83 percent of today's couples are employed full time, it's only natural for them to turn to a wedding planner. The event coordinator provides expertise and is involved in all of the details leading up to your big event. This insures everything goes smoothly, all of your guests are taken care of and you are able to enjoy your own party.

How does Raina Dawn Events keep clients on track and organized?

With our Virtual Project Manager (VPM), a tool that we provide to all of our clients! Your VPM is where you are able to access the day-to-day coordination of your event from anywhere at any time via a client login in on our website. Our team keeps you updated on everything from to-do lists, calendars, message boards, file postings, photo inspirations, contracts, documents and much more.

Can an event coordinator really save us money?

Absolutely! While saving you precious time, we advise you on vendors that provide the greatest value along with negotiating the best possible price. We are also extremely resourceful in finding deals on favors and gifts, guiding our clients to find quality methods of executing their vision and advising them on how to cut costs in the right places.

How and when do I choose a venue?

A venue should be chosen to suit your vision and time frame. We can introduce you to many locations you may not be aware of or have not even considered.

What if we have already planned some aspects of our affair and have hired some or all of our vendors?

Not a problem! We can easily pick up from where you are in your planning process and work with the vendors you have chosen. Our goal is to get acquainted with anyone we have not previously worked with, so that everything runs smoothly.

What information should we prepare for our complimentary consultation meeting?

Here are some of the things we'd love to know up-front (if possible): what time of year you are considering; what is your vision for the affair; approximately how many guests you will be inviting; what location you have in mind; what traditions would you like to incorporate; what is your estimated budget; and any other pertinent details you would like to share with us.
